This course presents the fundamentals of both qualitative and quantitative VFM analysis and reviews the main variants and debated issues surrounding quantitative assessment. It also examines different approaches to VFM assessment in terms of timing (when should the assessment be carried out?), scope (for which types of projects?), and reporting (should it rely solely on quantitative analysis?).<\/p><p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1583\">In addition, the course analyses key differences and variations in the construction and adjustment of the Public
