There is a clear gap in advanced professional training related to specialized techniques, methodologies, and processes in the field of sustainable infrastructure financing and management.
Through the PPP Focused Courses (specialized Public-Private Partnership courses) that make up the P3FP™ Program, together with their respective certifications, the objective is to complement and deepen these specific areas of specialization. This is particularly relevant for professionals who are already CP3P®-certified, as the PPP Focused Courses are fully consistent with the CP3P program and standards.
Each PPP Focused Course addresses a specific area of specialization within the analysis and management cycle of sustainable infrastructure projects and programs. The courses develop, in greater depth, the processes and methodologies set out in the CP3P Program, while also reviewing and analysing the practices and approaches adopted by countries that lead international best practice.
The ultimate objective is to support countries in strengthening their project analysis and management capacities, as well as in improving their policies, approaches, and methodologies.
All courses under the P3FP™ Program are certified by APMG International, the global examination institute responsible, among many others, for managing the CP3P professional certification programme.
The design of both the courses and the examinations complies with APMG’s stringent quality assurance criteria. APMG is responsible for accrediting training organizations, as well as for independently assessing candidates in accordance with the good practice standards defined by InfraBest Publications™, through the corresponding examinations.
At present, self-study examination routes are not available. Therefore, in order to obtain certification in any of the specialized PPP areas, attendance at a course delivered by an APMG-accredited training organization is mandatory.
You may attend a PPP Focused Course through any training provider that is accredited by APMG International.
APMG International is responsible for ensuring that each accredited training provider meets the standards required to deliver both the courses and the examinations.
