The Website forms part of the editorial project InfraBest Publications™, the trade name under which the Owner carries out training and specialized publishing activities.

Access to and/or use of the Website grants the condition of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, these Terms of Use. These conditions shall apply regardless of any other general or specific conditions that may be mandatorily applicable.
